Founder, MS, PA-C
Jessi earned her Masters in Physician Assistant studies in 2008 and spent the first decade of her career in the ICU and Emergency Department. Her ongoing passion for anatomy, medicine, and art contributed to early career achievements, including five publications, but also set the stage for her future career endeavors.
Jessi founded Refined Beauty in 2022 with the vision of offering patients the most advanced aesthetic treatments paired with the personalized time and attention they deserve. She specializes in facial balancing through neurotoxin, filler, and biostimulators such as Sculptra, and she’s passionate about creating collagen-stimulating treatment plans that align with each patient’s life milestones to deliver the best results. As a key opinion leader for Cartessa, the creator of an online training platform, and a rising voice in the aesthetics industry, Jessi continues to shape the future of her field.

Our RN Kate brings a unique blend of adaptability, compassion, and resilience to Refined Beauty.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and seven years of experience in labor and delivery, postpartum nursing, and four years of dedicated military nursing service.
Kate combines her military and medical background with her passion for aesthetics to help patients feel informed and empowered. With Kate, you can expect a warm, thorough, and professional experience rooted in her mission: to help you look and feel like the most confident version of yourself.
